I had to make up that extra .25 mile i went short on during tuesday's run. This was my second longest run ever, and it felt pretty good. Legs were heavy and tired from yesterday's workout but I was able to maintain a solid pace and drop slightly throughout. Total time was 1:30:32, my half marathon was around 1:28:40. Average pace was 6:49 and the pace felt really comfortable. I could start to feel my joints starting to hurt but that should be helped by a little strength training.
