One mile with the track team after drills and stretches. This was just a nice slow jog with all the athletes. Later in the evening I did my workout. 10 minute warmup at about 7 min pace then 10 min just under 6 min pacewith a 5 min cool down + churchball that i counted as the remainder of my tempo because I was supposed to go a little longer but i figure 40 minutes of basketball should equate to around anouther 7 or so minutes of actual tempo.... maybe ha.
