workout was 5x800m. My watch died on after the first three, but my splits were 2:37, 2:39 (on this one I felt super relaxed and got a little to comfortable), then probably around 2:35, and the last two I didn't get the time but if I had to guess I would say they were close to 2:30 or faster. I was feeling good except for my foot. The bottom of my left foot is starting to get worse. I think I need insoles or something but hopefully i get it figured out. Oh and 2:30 rest in between each rep.
